Her work, from conception through creation to completion, is distinctly Scottish. After graduating from Edinburgh College of Art she embarked on a career as a professional artist, drawing her inspiration from Scotland’s breathtaking landscape and beautiful wildlife. Since then she has branched out into fashion, accessories and interiors, with each individual design mirroring her original paintings. All of her raw materials are sourced in Scotland and they are transformed into the finished product thanks to the quality and craftsmanship of traditional Scottish manufacturers. This unique approach, allied to her artistry and flair, has helped Iona become one of this country’s most imaginative designers.
