New season Weekend by MaxMara in store now!

We love February here at Bishop Phillpott, not only are we now in full swing of our buying for next winter season (which is oh so fun!), February also heralds the arrival of new Spring season in the shop. It feels a little like Christmas all over again when each of our new collections arrives in to us, and it's a rush to see who gets the honour of opening the parcels first!

This week has seen the arrival of our latest Spring collection from Weekend by MaxMara. One of our most popular brands here at Bishop Phillpott, people are drawn to this collection year after year for it's absolutely beautiful quality, wearable styles and perfect wardrobe pieces.

The most treasured piece of this collection has to be this amazing suede jacket. Not only a beautiful shape and gorgeous colour but the quality of the suede is just stunning, a butter soft suede that just feels so special, this jacket is a truly special piece that will be treasured for years. Team with dark denim for now, or once the Spring starts to arrive we love how luxurious it will look teamed with white jeans and a cream knit. £475

A great twist on a trouser suit, this navy textured jacket and city shorts is such a great combination. We love how it can look so effortless and relaxed simply teamed with this Breton style knit (also in store now) Wear with some great flats to dress down or pop on some great wedges to glam this look up for a summer party. When you don't want to go for the whole look the jacket is the perfect way to smarten up jeans and the longer length of the shorts mean that they will look great with a simple tee and sandals once the summer has arrived. These fantastic chunky cotton knits have already proven a real hit on the rails (so much so that we now only have one left in the cream!) A great longer length with fun zip detail to add a little edge, these jumpers are a great wardrobe staple from now right through to summer, £167.

Don't miss out on the incredible fit of these trousers this season, last summer we had the same shape of trousers in a different print and we know that a lot of you missed out on your size. So this season they're back and better than ever, the fun navy pattern on these trousers means they team perfectly with a classic navy knit and some Candice Cooper leather trainers. They're a great way to add a bit of fun print to your wardrobe this season, and with polka dots being a huge trend this year you'll fit right in! £140

Blink and you'll miss it, it's got to be the gorgeous soft blue of this jumper that is meaning it's heading out of the shop already. Perhaps it's a sign we're all ready for Spring! Teamed with the soft blue polka dots of the shirt worn underneath it, this is such a wearable outfit.
