Bouncing into Spring in full colour!

There's nothing quite like a delivery from Pom to brighten our day, and our rails! This brand, run from Amsterdam by creative sisters Liesbeth and Violet Lotgering, is everything we love about fashion - fun, mood boosting and very wearable. And we know many of you are in agreement as it is always one of those collections that gets snapped up quickly.

This spring/ summer 2023 collection is titled 'Expressions of Wonder' welcoming you to the playful and free spritied world of self expression, it encourages you to be bold with colour and pattern, with playful prints designed by the sisters in Amsterdam. These unique prints are crafted into a whole host of beautoful pieces to liven up your wardrobe. From striking skirts to beautiful maxi dresses and jumpsuits perfect for summer occassions. One of the things we particularly love about this collection is it's versatility. It's very simple to be able wear the collection in a whole host of different ways, meaning they're pieces that will keep coming out of your wardrobe. Read on for some outfit inspiration from the collection!

Take for instance the gorgeous skirt in a statement floral print- the print is filled with so many stunning colours that it's very easy to add into your wardrobe. Here it's teamed with a clashing print shirt from the collection (more details of that below!) Team with a chunky knit from American Vintage and ankle boots to wear now, wear with a simple white tee and trainers or sandals in the summer. Combine with the matching print camisole and belt to give the illusion of a dress, or tone down the print with the pretty shape of a navy knit from the collection.

Although we've received the jacket for this amazing suit we're awaiting the trousers but we felt it was just too good of a look not to share with you! We love this look for a summer wedding, we've got a gorgeous printed camisole from Pom that sits perfectly with the suit, as does the pink printed shirt you'll see a little further down the blog. Team with heels and you've got a look for a wedding that is just that little bit different. We also love the suit teamed with a t-shirt and trainers for a daytime look that oozes fun. The suit is crafted from a super soft jersey style fabric so is very comfortable to wear day to day. The most beautiful, lightweight chunky knit, just perfect for spring layering. We've layered over a printed cotton shirt from the collection which picks out the delicate colour perfectly. Floral prints but not as we know them, the colour combination and scale of this print give it an extra edge. These Pom shirts are always super popular, crafted from a cupro/ viscose mix (both made from natural materials) these shirts have the drape and feel of silk but are machine washable and easy to wear. A truly beautiful dress with a whole host of colours to lift that neutral background. How great will this look with a tan in the summer months! Another versatile piece it can be worn dressed up with heels or espadrilles and some gorgeous colourful accessories for a summer occassion, but will look just as gorgeous with sandals or trainers and a denim jacket for a casual look. We are absolutely in love with this statement jumpsuit. It's such a great figure flattering shape! We think it's fab styled more casually like has been done here with trainers or even chunky sandals fo summer. But we particularly think it would be a lovely alternative for a dress for a summer occassion teamed with heels.
