Fresh outfit ideas to welcome the sunshine!

Wow, haven't we been spoilt with the weather over the last week! We don't know about you, but even the slightest hint of sunshine gets us very excited about spring, and the promise of lighter evenings and better weather ahead after what always feels like a long (and wet!) winter! The sun gets us reaching for our spring wardrobes and packing away those chunky knits and darker colours for a fresher, lighter wardrobe.

For this week's blog we thought we'd share with you some of our favourite outfits for these warmer spring days. Featuring lighter layers, warmer colours and easy to wear pieces to give your wardrobe a lift for the spring season. There's lightweight padded jackets made of recycled bottles, jumpers and tees crafted from recycled cotton and even trainers made entirely from recycled nylon which is made using fishing nets retreived from the ocean. There is a huge focus on using plastic retreived from the ocean, something we in Cornwall obviously feel very passionate about. Within the Ecoalf collection you'll find fantastic casual pieces from sweatshirts and lightweight padded jackets, to lightweight linen trousers and skirts all with a design edge and in gorgeous pink and slate grey.

A go to spring outfit, team these Weekend MaxMara pale jeans with layers for now, we've chosen a breton with a twist, again from Weekend MaxMara and a super soft denim shirt from American Vintage. We've pulled the look together with the most beautiful and luxurious bag from Tissa Fontenada.

An easy way to bring Spring immediately into your wardrobe, this Jumper 1234 cardigan is filled with the freshest spring colours, here we've teamed them with our wide legged Paige jeans to give it a fresh and modern twist.

A spring outfit you don't have to think about! This dress is a real classic piece, that you can throw on without an thought and will make you look put together. Team with trainers and a denim or leather jacket for now, but wear in the summer season with sandals to give it a new update.

Wide legged trousers are a making an even stronger come back this season, we love the tailoring on these Paul Smith versions which make them so flattering.
